Interculture, Intergeneration, and Integration Program (3i-Program)

The 3i-Program is a collaboration of the CPAA Culture & Arts Center and Iranian Federated Women’s Club (IFWC)/Payvand, both of which are 501c-3 non-profit organizations. Each has a long history of promoting culture and arts in the community. The purpose of the 3i-Program is to bring members of the community together in a safe, inclusive, and culturally diverse environment where learning through the arts can thrive. The program offers services to those of all ages.
The 3i-Program is the first cross-cultural community service of this kind. The ultimate goal is to share our experiences learned at the San Jose location, in the heart of Silicon Valley, to establish similar services in other locations across California and beyond.
